Biography : I am a Trombone graduate of the Royal Northern College of music and have been a professional musician since 1994. My Professional experience has been extensive including The BBC Big Band, West End shows including Chicago, Lion King and Oliver and tours with Strictly Come Dancing. I have also played with The Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, The Halle Orchestra and The City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra.
Since September 2009 I have been a visiting tutor at The Birmingham Conservatoire and have recently been involved with community education projects run by The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra working with all age ranges and abilities.
Ashley also teaches trumpet.
